Construction Design Package: Pricing starts at $5,000 and varies depending on scope of work.

Design Plan & Concept Meeting

Planning makes the process run smoothly. The Kathleen Reynolds Interiors team can assist you with architectural plan revisions, finding a builder, and selecting your construction project. Our team will provide a complete list of selections for the builder or contractors to ensure they’re prepared with all information before starting demolition. We will provide a detailed selection book for guidance and installation, including tear sheets for materials and elevations.

KRI will make selections for the following categories:

Scope of Work

Our team will provide the following to the builder or contractors to ensure they’re prepared with all information before starting demolition and provide selections books for installation, including tear sheets for materials and elevations.

Construction

The construction process can seem like it takes forever, but our team has taken every step available to create a streamlined building process. We will be the liaison between you and the builder to ensure your vision becomes a reality. At this point, all of the decisions have already been made and the materials have been purchased, so execution is the last step. Our team will send weekly emails to the contractors and visit the site as needed to ensure everything is on schedule.
