Full Service Design Package: Starting at $4,500
Conceptual Phase and Design Plan
This is the beginning of the design process. The Kathleen Reynolds Interiors team will pull together specific ideas for detailed floor plans, color stories, complete lighting plans, conceptual style and accessory plans, furniture selections, and a comprehensive budget breakdown that will be presented at the Detailed Design Plan Meeting. We will also go through pictures and ideas to hone in on your vision and style. We provide floor plan options and everything else needed for the spaces.
Procurement
After the Design Plan is approved, our team will procure all furnishings and products, manage logistics tracking, and project troubleshooting.
Installation
Your space will come to life as we complete every detail, accessories and all. During the installation process, we encourage you to relax outside of your house while we get everything placed for the most exciting part of the process–the dramatic reveal.
